  1. Are there hard-copy coupons that I will receive in the mail like last year?
  1. No. This year’s program is online at  www.vwpartnerprogram.com. You will enter your personnel number to create and print your own personalized Friends + Family Certificates.
  1. How many Volkswagen Brand certificates am I eligible for each calendar year?
  1. Every employee and retiree has access to an unlimited amount of Friends + Family certificates.
  1. What is the pricing calculation?
  1. Purchase or lease a new, eligible Volkswagen model at Dealer Invoice less $500. Dealer will subtract all then-current incentives (APR or Lease Specials). Tax, title and other required fees will be added. Please note that the destination charge, ad association fee, fuel tank charge and port prep fee are all standard fees included in the Dealer Invoice price.
  1. Are any models ineligible under the program?

  1. Is this program available in Canada?
  1. No. This is a US program valid only at US Dealerships.
  1. Is there a list of participating Dealers?
  1. No, most Volkswagen Dealers are participating. The Dealer should tell you if they are not participating when the certificate is presented, however, it may be best to call beforehand to verify. To locate a Dealership nearest you, please visit our  Find a Dealer Web site.
  1. Where can I find a listing of Dealer Invoice prices?
  1. The Vehicle Info section of VINNIE includes a list of Dealer Invoice pricing guides.
  1. What model years are included in this offer?
  1. New, unused vehicles are eligible. Final vehicle availability is determined by the participating Dealers. Dealers are not required to sell you a vehicle from their stock or order bank, if the vehicle is in short supply. (See  Program Details  or program certificate for exclusions.)
  1. Who can I contact if I still have a question?

Partner FAQs


Who do I contact to find out if my company is a participating partner? If my company is not involved in the Partner Purchase Program, how do I get us signed up?

To find out if your company is a participating partner, please search using the  Participating Partner  tool. If you are unable to find your company, feel free to contact  Program Headquarters  . If your company is not currently involved in the Partner Purchase Program, we will confirm its eligibility and provide the next steps for enrollment.

I know that my company is involved in the Partner Purchase Program, but I do not know my company number. How do I get it?

Check your company’s internal Web site, if applicable, to see if our program information is posted. If not, contact your Human Resources department or Corporate Benefits department to obtain your company number and/or contact Program Headquarters at   partnerprogram@vw.com or 703.364.7910.

What if I try to get a certificate and it says my company number has not been activated?

Contact your Human Resources department or Corporate Benefits department and ask them to please activate the company number and/or contact Program Headquarters at   partnerprogram@vw.com or 703.364.7910.

Is this program for both Volkswagen and Audi vehicles?

No. This program is for Volkswagen vehicles only. The Audi program Web site is   www.audisupplier.com. If you have questions regarding the Audi program, please contact supplierpurchaseprogram@audi.com.

How many new vehicles am I eligible to purchase or lease?

One vehicle per employee/household. If you would like to make a second purchase, please contact Program Headquarters at   partnerprogram@vw.com to request approval.

  • b. Volkswagen employees are prohibited from giving a dealer permission to use their employee information for the dealer to sponsor EPP purchase.
  • c. The solicitation or acceptance of money, items of value or discounts from the EPP price as defined in this document from a dealer or anyone connected with or acting on behalf of the dealer in connection with the purchase of the vehicle under this plan is prohibited.
  • d. Any abuse or violation of this policy, the EPP benefits or falsification of an EPP claim will result in disciplinary action.
